Airsoft in the North West

North West airsoft by county

Lancashire

Dagger Woods, run by Alpha 55, is west of Preston in the Fylde. Walk-on is £37.50 for a full day, and the minimum age is 12. Military Outdoor Adventure (MOA) is a woodland site near Wigan in West Lancashire. Non-member walk-on is £29.50; rifle hire adds £15. Minimum age is 13.

Strix Airsoft at Firswood Road in Lathom runs woodland games, milsim events and night sessions. All Arms Airsoft near Accrington in Hyndburn is a non-profit club with a minimum age of 12. Search near Preston, Blackpool, Burnley, Hyndburn or Wigan to see what is close to you.

Greater Manchester

First and Only runs two indoor CQB venues here. The Vault is on Samuel Street in Bury, with tunnel networks and a purpose-built close quarters environment. Top Secret is at Stockfield Mill in Chadderton, Oldham, also indoor CQB, with a minimum age of 12. Both publish their game days on First and Only's own site, so check there for what is on.

Chemical Airsoft in Ashton-under-Lyne is indoor CQB with a shop on site. Weekend game days are £30; midweek sessions are £18. For city-specific searches, Manchester, Bury, Oldham, Stockport, Bolton and Wigan each have their own listing page.

Cheshire and Warrington

Fire Base Zulu at Cocksmoss Lane in Marton covers 60 acres of dense woodland. Minimum age is 11. Its example day plan runs a safety brief at 09:00 before games start. The Arsenal in Warrington is a First and Only venue set across mixed woodland and structures; minimum age is 12.

Near Chester, Outpost at Lower Kinnerton runs outdoor CQB - real concrete bunkers, towers and gun emplacements right on the Welsh border. Outpost's own site gives a non-member full day as £40 (members £30), M4 AEG hire at £15 a day and a minimum age of 11. It runs paintball as well and caters for birthdays and corporate events, so it is worth asking about group options if you have a crowd. City pages: Cheshire West and Chester and Warrington.

Merseyside

S.W.A.T. Airsoft at Parkgate on the Wirral is a woodland site that also runs night games every other Wednesday. Non-member walk-on is £30. The operator runs other Wirral venues, so check its own site for the full picture. For Liverpool, the Liverpool page lists the nearest sites, and the Wirral page covers the peninsula.

Cumbria

Raw War Airsoft, near Wigton, is the only Cumbrian site we can describe in full. Prices from its own site: £25 for players aged 18 and over, £20 for 12-17 year olds, for a full day. Cash only; pre-booking saves the £2.50 admin charge. Players aged 12-14 need a parent on site. Minimum age is 12. Much of Cumbria is a long way from any site we list, so the Carlisle page is the best starting point if you are in the north of the county.

From each site's own website, checked 14 October 2026. Outpost's price and age from Outpost's own site.

How we check every North West listing

We run every North West listing against the UKARA and BAC registers every Monday. When we checked on 14 October 2026, most North West listings were on the UKARA or BAC register. What a register listing means - and what it doesn't - is covered in what UKARA is.

A rolling website check reaches each listed site about once a week. If a site's website stops loading, we flag it on the listing, so you know to ring or message before travelling.

We have listed airsoft venues since 2019. We list fields - we don't run games, sell guns or give legal advice.
