Subscription Terms

These terms apply when you pay for a Featured or Premium listing on airsoft-fields.com. Your use of the site is covered separately by our Terms of Use.

Who you are contracting with. airsoft-fields.com is operated by Tea Powered Projects Limited, company number 10542712, registered in England and Wales, registered office C/O XNM Accountancy Limited, Creative Suite 1, Mill 3, Pleasley Vale Business Park, Mansfield, NG19 8RL. VAT number GB 469621165. Contact us at hello@teapowered.pro. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person or business paying for a listing.

1. The tiers

Every listing in the directory is on the Free tier by default.

Free - £0. Standard directory entry. Your outbound website link carries rel="nofollow". No enhanced profile, no featured placement, no event listings.

Featured - £15 a month or £150 a year. Enhanced profile, featured placement, your outbound website link carries rel="sponsored", and 1 event listing.

Premium - £39 a month or £390 a year. Everything in Featured, with up to 20 event listings.

All prices exclude VAT. VAT at the prevailing UK rate is added at checkout.

The annual price is ten times the monthly price, so paying annually costs two months less than paying monthly for a year.

Featured placement means your listing is shown ahead of Free listings in the places we mark as featured. It is not a guarantee of any particular position, and it does not affect how search engines rank your own website.

2. Paying

We take payment by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel it.

For annual subscriptions we email you 7 days before the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions renew without a separate reminder. Stripe sends a receipt for every payment.

3. Changing tier

A listing can hold one subscription at a time. To move between Featured and Premium, cancel the subscription you have and take out the new one once the cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. We cannot switch a live subscription to a different tier part-way through a period, and we do not pro-rate the difference.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your listing dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the paid tier until then, and we do not refund any part of that period. Your subscription will not renew.

If you cancel while a payment is still being confirmed, the request is rejected. Wait for the payment to confirm, then cancel, or contact us.

5. Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment on a tier, we will refund that payment in full and return the listing to Free. This applies whether you are a company, a sole trader or an individual.

Outside that window we do not refund. That includes cancelling part-way through a period, an annual subscription you no longer want, and a listing removed under section 8.

Nothing here affects a legal right to cancel that we cannot exclude.

6. If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your listing keeps its paid tier for 14 days while we and Stripe retry. We will tell you when this starts.

If payment still has not succeeded after 14 days, the subscription lapses. The listing reverts to the Free tier. It is not deleted and its content is not lost, but it loses featured placement and the enhanced profile, and its outbound website link goes back to rel="nofollow".

You can subscribe again at any time.

7. Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of a subscription you hold. The new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then and pay nothing further.

8. Suspension and removal

We can remove or suspend a listing if the field has closed, if the listing carries information we find to be false or misleading, if it is used abusively, or if you break these terms or our Terms of Use.

Removal ends the subscription. We do not refund the rest of the paid period.

We will normally contact you before removing a paid listing, unless the reason makes that inappropriate.

9. What we do not promise

We do not promise any level of enquiries, clicks, bookings or search engine ranking from a paid listing.

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption.

10. Your listing content

You are responsible for the accuracy of what your listing says, and you confirm you have the right to use the text and images you give us. You let us publish that content on the site and in our search results for as long as the listing is live.

11. Ending these terms

These terms apply for as long as you hold a subscription. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply afterwards.

12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
