Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of airsoft-fields.com. If you pay for a listing, our Subscription Terms apply as well.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Tea Powered Projects Limited, company number 10542712, registered in England and Wales, registered office C/O XNM Accountancy Limited, Creative Suite 1, Mill 3, Pleasley Vale Business Park, Mansfield, NG19 8RL. Contact us at hello@teapowered.pro.

2. What the site is

airsoft-fields.com is a directory of UK airsoft sites. We compile listings from public sources and from the field owners themselves.

We are not connected to the fields we list, we do not run them, and we do not take bookings for them. Any arrangement you make with a field is between you and that field.

3. Accuracy

We try to keep listings accurate and current, and we check and retire entries for sites we believe have closed. We cannot guarantee that any listing is complete or up to date.

Check opening times, prices, age limits and site rules with the field before you travel.

4. Using the site

You may use this site to find fields and to enquire about listings. You may not:

  1. Use it unlawfully, or in a way that could damage or overload it.
  2. Copy, republish or resell the directory or any substantial part of it without our written permission.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  4. Introduce malware, or attempt to probe, scan or test the site's security.
  5. Scrape the site or extract data from it by automated means, except for legitimate search engine indexing.

5. Accounts

You must give accurate details when you create an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Claiming and managing a listing

If you claim a listing we may ask you to show that you are connected to the field. We can refuse or reverse a claim if we are not satisfied that you are.

Content you add to a listing must be accurate, must be yours to use, and must not be unlawful or offensive. We can edit or remove it.

You let us publish that content on the site and in our search results for as long as the listing is live.

7. Our content

We own the directory and the content on this site, or use it with permission. It is provided for general information only.

8. Links and advertising

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

We do not show advertising on this site.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with a field you found through it.

10. Changes

We can change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
